Be sure to check your SPAM settings so that you will be sure to receive
communications from other member's and from FitSingles.com (especially those
using AOL).
Q: Is this site free?
A: Yes; Chat, Messenger, E-Mail and the rest of FitSingles
is all free with a membership - There is not a charge for membership.
Q: How can I update my profile?
A: Click on Account AND Profile in the menu. You may change
your account information along with your profile information. Be sure to click
on �Update and Complete� at the bottom of the information after you change it.
The changes will take place immediately. You may also update/add new photo's by
clicking on the �Photo� tab. This will also allow you to select your main
profile picture for display on the main pages.
Q: Do you sell my email address/personal information.
A: NO
Q: How do I use the messenger?
A: The messenger operates much like other popular messengers
like AOL. In order to communicate via messenger you must ADD the member to
your buddy list. You can do this by clicking the add/remove buddy icon from
your selected users' profile or online listing. You may also message members by
clicking the �Message Me Now� icon in list of member's online. To see
the list of those online click the �Who's Online� icon.
Q: My messenger window keeps clearing. What do I do?
A: Clear your history and cache. That should fix it.
Q: Can I add a room to the Chat Room list?
A: Yes. This can be done by typing in the room name you want to
add to the list and clicking �ADD.� Other member's may join you in the
room you added but note that the room is not permanent. The room will be
removed when the member who created it leaves the Chat Room or if the creator
of the room clicks on the left side of the created room, thereby deleting
it. Member's left in the room will be placed in the �FitSingles Lobby.�
